3ts dual line spray systems, allow the operator to optimise drop let size and boom line pressure while covering a larger range of ground speed or application rates. By using 2 different size nozzles fitted on two separate boom lines spraying can commence at low ground speeds. When the sprayer accelerates the pressure at the smaller nozzle will increase until it increases to a set point where the larger nozzle will start to apply and the smaller nozzle will cease. Again as ground speed increase the pressure increase to a set point where the smaller nozzle is opened again, thus achieving a large ground speed window but minimising pressure change. The same can be said about varying application rates with out effecting boom line pressures and drop let sizes.

Direct Injection, keeps the carrier water and chemical in separate tanks and injects only the correct amount into the boom line when required.
• The application rate can be varied on the go through out the paddock with effecting boom line pressure.
• The spray programme can be interrupted at any time and for any length of time with out effecting the properties of the chemical or with out liquid chemicals settling out.
• The booms can be flushed with high volumes of clean water from the main tank after use.
• Separate chemicals can be injected into separate line to reduce antagonisation or to apply at different rates, drop let sizes.
• Apply 5 different products, at 5 different rates, out two separate boom line with two different nozzles, at different pressures in one pass.

Dual Product, ideal feature to use in conjunction with weed detect sensor systems, incorporates two separate spray systems on one sprayer chassis. Allows the operator to deliver to separate water rates out two separate boom lines that may have different types or size nozzles. The second product can be set up to run a pressure based spray system to precharge and hold required pressure in a weed detect spray system line. The second product can monitor, regulate flow to the boom the same as normal single product sprayers.

Batch Mate, a combination of dual product and DCI. The batch mate has an automated system that batches 180 litres of chemical hot mix to run out to weed detect sensor boom lines at the required pressure, as the mix is applied the volume in the carry tank decreases, when the level drops below 50 litres the tank begins to fill injecting the correct ratio of chemical to water for the hot mix. Using this system for weed detect praying means reduced calculations before applying and reduced amounts of residual chemical mixes once the job is complete. At the worst case scenario there will be 180l of mix left over and at an average rate of 3 litres of round per hectare of hot mix meaning there is only about 6 litres of round up that has not been used on the job. The BatchMate has be designed as a modular system, compact to be after market fitted to a range of sprayers.
